The legal system needs to get real! with its penalties when dealing with the worthless beings, who abuse animals. I for one are so sickened of hearing these attrocities commited to defenceless animals and the softly softly approach to dealing with the mindless perpetrators. Amp up the punishment or better still, have the offenders case dealt with by a panel of members of the RSPCA.
